Astro site + Effect API
A bun workspace with a Node HTTP API on Effect's HttpApi, a static Astro site with React islands and Tailwind, and a shared contract package holding the HttpApi definition, so islands call the API through a typed HttpApiClient; the API can also serve the built site.
